Mothers, mothers-in-law, spouses, and grandchildren enjoyed a Mother’s Day reception, on Sunday, May 14, in the lounge at St. Peter’s-By-The-Sea Episcopal Church, located at 500 South Country Road in Bay Shore.
The delightful reception took place after the church’s 10 a.m. service. Everyone there received the gift of a beautiful potted plant. They then gathered upstairs to enjoy sandwiches, fruit salad, cake, cookies, and other sweet treats fit for a queen, which all mothers and maternal figures were for that day.
