On Saturday, Sept. 17, St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Islip held their annual craft fair.
Sponsored by the church’s ECW (Episcopal Church Women), the craft fair included local vendors, who bought booths to sell their items, as well as an ECW-sponsored raffle. Attendees were able to buy toys, household items, pet supplies, clothes, holiday items and baked goods at the fair.
The event raised almost $2,400 for the St. Mark’s ECW. The organization uses money for church services, including outreach programs and assisting the church in paying for repairs and other grounds work.
