On the Friday prior to Easter, residents at Suffolk Center on Schoenfeld Boulevard in Patchogue took part in an Easter egg hunt. This fun activity took place on a mild afternoon on the back patio, and the residents had a blast. Then on Easter Sunday, residents were treated to a light and refreshing Easter brunch with bagels, muffins, croissants, fruit, Easter cookies, summertime juices and coffee. On Friday, April 22, which was Earth Day, residents took it to the gardens and planters to plant vegetables. The residents hope that once the vegetables in the garden grow, they can use them to for their cooking club to make something special, such as a big garden salad or tasty vegetable casserole.
