Sayville's Cornucopia to open additional store in Ronkonkoma's Station Yards

TRITEC Real Estate Company announced the lease signing of Cornucopia Natural Foods at Station Yards, the 53-acre mixed-use development at the Ronkonkoma Train Station.

"This exciting expansion marks the next chapter for Cornucopia, initially based in Sayville, renowned for providing the highest quality food and wellness items to enhance the health of individuals, the community, and the world at large," said Tritec.

Cornucopia's new location will occupy a 6,948-square-foot space, and construction is anticipated to commence this fall.

The move to Station Yards "aligns perfectly with Cornucopia's mission to serve and uplift the community, offering accessible, top-tier natural foods and wellness products in this innovative transit-oriented development. Station Yards will be a vibrant new hub for Long Islanders."

Along with 1,450 apartments, 195,000 square feet of retail space, and 360,000 square feet of office space, Station Yards is creating thousands of jobs and housing options at the busiest train station in Suffolk County.

TRITEC completed the first phase of 489 apartment homes, Alston Station Yards, in 2021. The current development phase includes:

•388 apartment homes called The Core.

•70,000 square feet of retail space.

•16,500 square feet of office.

•A public plaza
