Suffolk County Police Third Squad detectives are investigating a residential burglary in Bay Shore during which a dog was stolen, police said in a statement.
A person or people broke into the home at 66 Farrington Ave. through a back door sometime between November 27 at 8 p.m. and November 28 at 7 a.m. Clothing, cash, and a 3-month old French Bulldog, a male named Zushi, were stolen.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on this incident to call the Third Squad at 631-854-8352 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
